This Readme file will be brief.

All of the same files are present in the PHP version
as in the .cgi version.

ALL files for the PHP version must be in the root
directory of your site.

Set permission to CHMOD(666) on files friend.email,
RAF_Xasr543o.dat and ThankYou.html if your server
errors out with "Unable to Write to file".

That is it.
